Their responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude, care, and empathy for our situation was amazing and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They did an amazing, professional job with moving our things! They were very thorough and careful with the moving and packing, and we didn’t have to worry about how to move our tv or other delicate items, everything was in pristine condition. They worked super quick and no time was wasted, I was surprised at how fast they were done (considering last minute our complex elevator broke and had to go down two flights of stairs). They also worked with us on a difficult parking situation for the truck, but we quickly found a solution that didn’t hold us back. I had been searching through moving companies for this last move, and was looking for efficiency as well as trustworthiness around furniture, fragile items, plants; etc. I highly recommend using this local business, and would re-hire for any future moving!

I cannot say enough good things about Melinda and Rafael! I hired them to pack up my kitchen in preparation for a kitchen remodel and they were flexible with schedules (I asked to move up the original packing date), they were right on time, they were professional and friendly (even with my dog) and more importantly, they got the job done efficiently and properly. Their cost was less than what I would have paid to buy all the supplies myself and I didn't have to do any of the work! I'm so pleased with this service - I will certainly use them again!

This has been by far one of the best moving experiences! Melinda and Rafael are super accommodative and helpful people. They helped me move all my stuff in less than 5 hours time all the way from Ventura to Orange county and were also willing to help assemble stuff post the move. The team arrived on time and brought all the necessary equipment with them.
